"Very close to main square, property undergoing repairs, ok breakfast, very close to restaurants, parking off site about 2 blocks. Very slow elevator, water filter on our floor broken but nice rooftop terrace for appetizers and drinks great view from 5th floor"

"Stayed in this hotel last minute as we are too tired for the day trip so decide to add another day. Didn’t have toothbrush or charging with me. Asked the reception and they have them! Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...

"Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een eigen gedeelte in een parkeergarage. Om binnen te komen heb je 2 codes nodig, die je bij de receptie krijgt. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De receptie is heel erg klein waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Ook het restaurant voor het ontbijt is erg klein, waardoor er opstoppingen ontstaan voor zitplaatsen en buffet. Het personeel werkt keihard, maar kunnen het soms niet bijbenen, omdat veel dingen sneller aangevuld dienen te worden en de keuken...

"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful, however the mosquito nets on the windows really didn't work, which is a shame because there were multiple flies in our room and we got bitten a lot. Even in May it was too warm to have the window closed. For a room for three we had three teabags, a couple coffees and a couple milks, and these were not replenished during our three-night stay. We asked for a fresh mug and the staff were helpful in supplying this but it's a shame the room wasn't...

"This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed) Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had...

"Prima ligging bij het centrum, goede kamers, praktisch ingericht, voortreffelijk ontbijt, vers en gevarieerd met behulpzaam personeel. Absoluut een aanrader met een goede prijs/prestatie verhouding. Ik ben zelf 83 jaren oud, maar kon naar het historische centrum lopen (en terug)."

"Venue avec mon fils sur Lille dans cet hôtel, je suis ravie de la prestation offerte par cet hôtel. Bien placé ( ligne de bus juste devant pour aller à la gare rapidement), très bien accueillis et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La chambre était assez grande, lits très confortables. On nous a même proposé un service de bagagerie pour être plus libre pour visiter la ville. Je recommande. "
