"Perfect short stay. Staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, excellent aircon and sound proofing, loads of parking. Burger place right next door (McDonald's adjacent) if you need to feed kids. Love key-code access to rooms, everywhere should do this! Fabulous communal area on ground floor with a little bar. Breakfast was included, our only negative was the croissants were a little over-done, which surprised us in France! Otherwise, top marks for Campanile."

"Der Unterkunft war simpel aber sauber, liegt direkt am Bahnhof und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück nicht so viel Auswahl aber ausreichend. Parkplätze gibt es auch sehr nah an einen Parkhaus für 9.30 Euro für 24 Stunden. Für eine kurze Trip würde wieder hin gehen"

"Chambre grande. Parc pas forcément très bien entretenu mais cela reste très correct. Parking soit à côté de la chambre soit très proche. Petit déjeuner très correct, un peu cher à mon avis. Possibilité de privatiser à un coût très correct un espace bien être. Très agréable."

"Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist perfekt in Metz. Gegenüber gibt es einen sehr großen Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro 24 Stunden (Hoteltarif). Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, aber es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und nun zu den Punkten, durch die es leider nur zu einer mittelmäßigen Bewertung gelangt hat: Wir hatten leider einen "holprigen" Start. Beim Einchecken wurde von uns der gesamte Zimmerpreis für unsere...

"Stayed at Hotel Alerion on several occasions. It seems like there are new owners. I was a little disappointed with the maintenance. The light in the bathroom was so dim that you could not see. After several requests, it was replaced and worked great. The elevator was out of order and from what I heard , it has been like that since November 2025. The room was nice . The staff was very good and helped carry the luggage. They also helped us with directions. Overall, it was a nice stay."
