"I stayed here for only one night. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. They had several iPad kiosks so several people were able to check in at once which was pretty cool. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or see the rooftop bar as it was a short stay. The hotel is also very close to the Miami cruise port and walkable to restaurants & shopping. The room was simple but clean. My only complaint was the shower was small, not much...

"Fire alarm went off all 4 nights of our stay throughout different times of the night. Both inconvenient and frightening. Breakfast was not great which was only compounded by the staff watching your every move like jail wardens. Air conditioning was extremely loud in the room."

"Visiting from Cali, and I would not stay here again, look at the surrounding resorts instead I wish I did. Parking was terrible, we had a BMW and they gave us a compact spot next to construction. Complained multiple times about it and finally on the third night got a new spot. Kids were running throught the halls at all hours of the night our whole stay, the room bathroom had no fan or warm water (barely warm), and getting towels felt like a chore. Plus the room we had for ocean view was a joke....
