"Rocky start to our 5day stay. TV did not work properly. Voiced out our concerns and was eventually led to their rooms manager. He promptly found a solution. Smooth sailing from then on. "We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. "Great hotel near and in the center of Cagayan de Oro, it can be a little noisy with the traffic, but it’s centrally located to a lot of nice restaurants and other attractions. I recommend."
