"The Polderhuis Bed & Breakfast exceeds expectations in every regard. The property is very stately and well kept in a great location across from a park. The owner and family members were very friendly and provided great service. Our room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, featuring simple and tasty local foods. Our 3 day stay here will be one of the highlights of our 2 week visit to the Netherlands!"

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. No noise at all on the high floors. I had a service issue and staff were concerned and were addressing the problem. All communications were clear and considerate. I found the area of town close to all the things a traveling couple require. I would return here and recommend it."

"Great location near major shopping and restaurants/ cafe with just 10m walking distance. Also next to an MRT and a tram station, making it easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. Great service by the staff."

"When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest."

"Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt für Rotterdam. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber dafür die Basics in großen Mengen!! Sehr lecker!!! Zu wenig Sitzplätze im Speiseraum und das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer! Das waren die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Immer wieder gerne!!! Danke! Das waren schöne Tage!"

"Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved. "

"We hadden een dure suite, er waren geen badjassen, zoals beschreven was. Een lege minibar, niet eens twee flesjes water. Veel vlekken op de bank en het tapijt. Televisie vanuit het bed slecht zichtbaar. Fijn terras,maar weinig privacy,met een groot kantoorgebouw,aan de overkant van de straat. Veel beschadigingen op de wanden van de kamer."
