"Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "

"For $150/night this is very poor. The breakfast was extremely limited and even with the limited options there were empty pots!! Further the room service is very poor. If you ask for a bottle of water, they will make you feel that will you pay for it Sir!! Very strange."

"Very nice hotel in a mall district. Nice rooms, and the staff was very helpful. The resteraunt on the first floor Proud Mary is fantastic, and the hotels free breakfast is there as well. Lots of shops and resteraunts around it as well. Will defitiely stay agin if in Johannesburg."

"Our 19-day stay at the Southern Sun Rosebank was pleasant, with a late checkout on the 20th day due to a late flight. We occupied two rooms: a twin bedroom and a junior suite. To extend our stay until 6 pm, we paid half the daily rate of the junior suite. The twin room was quite small, and if we hadn't had the junior suite to relax in, our stay would have been uncomfortable. The junior suite, however, was spacious. Pros: - Reasonably priced dinner and room service - Clean rooms and excellent...

"There was someone waiting for me Thursday night...But Then nobody at the property... The intercom/ring was dismantled, so if someone was to deliver or come has no way to communicate... The bathroom had no mirror. The WC basin leaked water from the base. Last day I had an early flight...NO WATER! In general the premises need a good uplift and someone at the premises all the time"
