"The room was clean, and the pre-booking system for the spa facilities was very convenient and well organised. However, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely difficult to connect, which made the internet service very frustrating to use. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the Wi-Fi issue definitely needs improvement."

"It’s an amazing place. 100% recommended"

"Zeer goed ontbijt.

"Great hotel, great breakfast, great location, great city."

"There were some issues with credit card payments during both check-in and check-out. However, the team handled the situation very professionally and efficiently."

"The Grand Hotel is superbly located. As I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted and advised of the location of breakfast and also the times On arrival at my room I was immediately impressed by the amount of space I had and how richly furnished and decorated it was. The king sized bed was very comfortable and high standard furnishings were provided, along with effective air conditioning.
