"Had an excellent stay at this hotel with family,no complaints."

"Lovely staff. Great swimming pool."

"The coffee in machine at breakfast could be better as taste was not pleasant! Staff were nice! Room clean! Pool area could do with a good clean up as Astro turf by pool stunk! Overall ok for a short stay wouldn’t stay longer!"

"Just exceptional quality all round - faultless"

"Très bien. Nourriture excellente. Belles piscines. Chambre confortable"

"Un hotel acogedor, moderno y muy bien ubicado."

"The reception staff were helpful and the lady who cooked eggs/pancakes at breakfast was lovely. The food was just average -sometimes cold. Toaster didn’t work properly. We paid for a superior room but the room needed maintenance as did the bathroom which was dark, dingy and needed complete refurbishment- the shower over the bath with a wall halfway across made it very difficult for someone with reduced mobility. We knew before going that there were no balconies but didn’t realise what a big...

"The room was adequate, cleaning wasnt great and our ground floor room had the balcony door left ipen by the cleaner one day."

"Muy bien ubicado"

"Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"Perfect"

"Staff were very helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by which meant a lot of noise at night. Very loud music outside our room until 3am so only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had planned. Pool area looked quite tired. Breakfast was ok."

"Smart hotel very centrally situated for local attractions. Lovely breakfast and super helpful staff."

"Excellent, specially for families with children"

"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the...

"Lovely huge, cool room with mini fridge, excellent shower, and 2 mini balconies with shutters. Private - because the hotel opposite has closed. Whole hotel well presented and very clean. Welcoming reception and friendly staff."

"We hadden parking gevraagd! Maar bij aankomst was onze plaats gedeektelijk in beslag genomen door andere auto! Daardoor konden wij onze auto op straat parkeren en was de bediende aan de balie onvriendelijk! Personeel aan de balie heeft ons wel vriendelijk te woord gestaan!"
