"To be honest, room maintenance condition is not good. I found the leakage of water at the toilet and air conditioning, shelf of shower room is broken. However, the large room space and high ceiling is very comfortable."

"Nothing spectacular however delivered comfort together with a decent breakfast for AUD35. This compares to a nearby hotel I paid AUD45 that was more comfortable but had to move from because of noise; trains and karaoke bar. If worried about getting woken by the trains, ask for a room away from the road. Hotel offers a small roof top resturant to enjoy a drink and meal in the evening "

"Very good place to stay and value for your money. Staff was excellent and attentive. Facilitated each request and assisted with our onward travel. Breakfast was outstanding and each day our room was cleaned. We ended up cancelling reservations for another hotel and staying an extra night. I will stay here again if ever back in Mandalay. "
