"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! "The resort is not what it is advertised to be. It was built 6 years ago and very obvious has not had any money for maintenance since built. All repairs are very poor patches and not repairs. Check in was OK, but no explanations of anything and asked us for our breakfast choices for everyone before ever seeing a menu. Gave us a key that did not go to anything, just a prop. Only way to communicate with front office and resort is to walk all the way up to front desk or use a Thai app called...
