"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"The hotel was in the perfect position for leaving the car and getting the bus into Segovia. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we would not recommend the restaurant. I have waited quite a while before submitting this review because looking at other people's comments I kept thinking I am mixing up hotels but I fear not. The meal was not mediocre it was atrocious. "El hotel tiene mucho encanto la verdad pero por ejemplo tuvimos un malentendido con el desayuno ya que nosotros reservamos solo alojamiento y al llegar y preguntar si podíamos desayunar allí sorprendentemente la persona q nos recibió nos dijo q no, q teníamos que haber contactado previamente para reservar el desayuno. Nos recomendó una cafetería cercana, al parecer tb gestionada por las mismas personas de la posada y quedamos en dicha cafetería con unos amigos para desayunar. Luego al día...
