Cari Hotel di Neath Port Talbot

"Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again."

"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

"Comfortable room and good breakfast. Pleasant staff."

"The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover"

"Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean."

"The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location."

"Very clean quaint cottage. Beautiful! "

"Lovely big rooms staff were great and amazing breakfast!!"

"Lovely stay in an old quaint farm house. The room was small with two single beds (not our preference but it is what was available). The private bathroom was modern and very nice. Nigel and his wife are delightful and intelligent. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. It is a bit hard to find off a high speed road but relaxing and quiet once you get there. The donkeys are adorable! We would highly recommend a stay there."

"Beautiful room and a great location"

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

"From the welcome to the time we left the Mill everything was perfect. The peaceful location, the spacious and comfortable double room with balcony, (cleaned every day and chocolate snack pot refilled), the high spec bathroom the added little thoughtful extras, (fresh milk everyday in the room and bottles of water). The mill itself in a lovely setting with alpacas grazing outside. Helen and Matt, amazing hosts, giving gems of information about places to go (Pemberton Park a definite), but...

"Check in was easy and friendly, a lovely collie welcomed me into the yard as well! The Tack room was clean and comfortable and good for my brief stay. I hadn't appreciated how noisy the motorway would be and so had to close the windows in the bedroom to be able to get to sleep. Apart from that it would be a nice place to stay to explore the area. I was up very early in the morning, and it was perfect for my requirements."

"Just spent 4 nights at Buttercup Cottage. The location was so peaceful and the Cottage was fabulous. After chatting to the owner we found out that the water to the cottages comes from their own natural spring, and you can hear the waterfall in the background. Would absolutely come back again."

"A well equipped and comfortable cottage that feels more spacious inside than it might look from the outside. We also enjoyed having the terrace at the back. It's nice and private there, with only the sound of the river below. Being so close to one of the waterfall trails, the surrounding area does get busy during the day, so you might not always be able to park in the street outside. Free space always opened up by the evening, though. We certainly felt comfortable here, and had everything we...
