"I’ve stayed at Kelebek 3 times and it’s my favorite! I love that when you stay here you also get access to the pools (indoor, outdoor heated, etc.) at their several other sister properties which are a 5 minute walk. I also love the rooftop spaces for tea, wine, and snacks! The hospitality is wonderful. We had staff come to our room to start a chimney fire on one of the chilly evenings! "Staff were very kind and helpful. We hire transfer service for pickup via shuttle service. Instructions are given when booking with the hotel and very detailed. The rooms are exactly as listed and very unique with it being a cave. Breakfast was served daily and very delicious. Of course the reason going to Goreme are the hot air balloons and the aesthetic's. "Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, very relaxing, refreshing and comfortable. We loved our stay. "
