"Floors in bathroom slippery when wet. Cobwebs on ceiling. We didn’t stay long enough to form a complete opinion as we arrived late in the evening and departed early in the am (430 am). The staff helped with bags and that was a plus. The shuttle to the airport was a plus even though we could have walked."

"La propiedad está bien mantenida, y el desayuno y la atención del personal del hotel estuvieron excelente. Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel está excelente, porque está un poco apartado de la calle la Calzada, que es una calle muy movida que genera mucha bulla y donde hay música con el volumen alto en los bares/clubs. Hubiera sido mejor que los baños tuvieran shampoo y acondicionador, pero por el costo total, eso era lo de menos. Las baterías de los controles de remoto de los cuartos estaban...

"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."
