Cari Hotel di Novara

"I will start by saying we arrived at night, which may have impacted our opinion of the property. The property is an old castle and it presents as one, specifically at night. Lots of unused space, makes part of the property feel empty. We had some confusion around dining, and the availability of dinner service, making it a bit confusing. We were told yes to dinner service, and no by the staff at the restaurant… and ultimately had to have the front desk call to rectify the situation. In the...

"Staff was great hotel is very homelike"

"Deck for drinks. Excellent Clean room although tub might leak a bit Pleasant and helpful staff Shops close by"

"Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again."

"De accomodatie was goed. Nieuwe zwembad was prachtig!

"Decent for price"

"Colazione buona e personale gentile"

"The front desk staff was excellent. The location is excellent. My room had a fantastic view of the lake. There was a small metal sewing pin in the middle of the counter of my bathroom when I arrived. This made me think perhaps the cleaners didn’t do the most thorough job. There was also a stain on the carpet in the middle of the lobby. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel with nice staff and a great location, stay here. If you want a perfect hotel or any sort of...
