"This apartment was such a god send after 4 days of hiking the camino and in 35 degree weather as well. We booked the day before because we absolutely wanted a place with air conditioning and this place was perfect!! The staff was also incredibly accommodating by letting us check in 2 hours early so we could get out of the midday sun and temperatures, which we are incredibly thankful for. "After a long cold and rainy day on the Camino, Manuel picked us up in town. This was a life saver as we were so wet and cold from the walk. Upon arrival there was a welcoming fire and coffee and cookies. We felt right at home. We were the only guest so we were able to enjoy the family room by the fire all evening. "This hotel is located facing the Cathedral in a building constructed more than 500 years ago by the Catholic King Fernando de Aragón as a hospital. Since 1928 has been transformed to a 5 Stars Luxury hotel. The premises are remarkably well maintained. The breakfast is superb. The staff is very courteous, polite and helpful. I recommend to walk around the courtyards and the hallways to appreciate the architecture and the antique furniture; and also to see the golden chapel of the King."
