"As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...

"尾道観光に利用させてもらいました。清潔感と風情のある宿で、窓一面に尾道の風景が広がり、素晴らしい解放感でした。結構な坂を上がった所にあるという点と古民家をリノベーションした別荘という特性上セキュリティは万全、というわけではないですが、そこを承知の上であればとても魅力的なお宿だと思います。私はとても好きでした。坂の上で、お店がすぐ近くにないので、お買い物は全部済ませてからチェックインするのが良いと思います。また尾道に行く時にはぜひ宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
