"Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. "Première Classe means “First Class”. I suppose it would truly be first class if you live in Burundi! Thank God for the air conditioning during the recent European heat wave. Running water and electricity are plentiful as well as modern plumbing. Of course, for most of us these would NOT be first class items. No elevator. No fridge. No ice. One very small room. A compact onesie bathroom (shower and toilet and sink in the same small compartment). There is an express shuttle to the airport...

"While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa."

"I booked because it was closed to the airport and the gardens sadly the gardens were closed. Paid for an upgrade to a room with a view instead but sadly the Aircon was leaking. It was good enough but pricier than other more budget options and not sure it's worth the difference. Nice enough and convenient for the airport and the gardens...when they're open"

"I don't like writing bad reviews, but in this case I can't keep quiet. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. The only good thing about it is the walking distance to the airport. I knew it was a budget option, but a hotel that costs $135 shouldn't be so terrible. It's more like a roadside motel from a horror movie. Uncomfortable beds, bad pillows(very bad) - it is impossible to sleep. Poor cleaning, insects in the room, the smell of urine, wet linens or beds. I don't recommend...

"The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat."

"This place was disgusting. We weren’t expecting much as it was the only thing available while having a layover in the Beauvas airport. It was a nasty old hostel that still had the hostel look. Old, dirty, disgusting, and smelled terrible. Everything felt dirty and disgusting. Def doesn’t match the photos and it was still called the St. Vincent Hostel. One the door hangers said Elema Hotel."

"We only spent one night in Chantilly: great location - center of town, near market, near chateau. The facility was very clean, the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast: it was great! Thank you!"

"This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable.
