Cari Hotel di Oyi

"Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful."

"This is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Yes, it looks good from the outside — nice ambiance, large rooms, decent outdoor space — but the experience is absolutely terrible. • We were served spoiled food on Day 1. • Breakfast buffet was “open” till 10am, yet by 9:25am everything was gone and we were told to pay extra for food. • Housekeeping had to be begged for, and when they finally came, they put a dirty duvet back on the bed. • ROACHES in the room. "Not a great experience - welcomed by an unfriendly, curt receptionist; and on to the first room which had dirty linen, seemingly unchanged from last use - with a bit of female hair. All garnished with a stale smell The second room equally had a pervasive stale smell, with fluff on the sheets. Had to perform emergency plumbing work on a faulty toilet. The room was not cheap by local standards, this I’d describe this booking as one of my worst in recent travels."

"The hotel is beautiful, but it’s not listed on any booking platforms or websites. This allows scammers to take advantage of the situation and post their listings on various booking platforms. I was unfortunately a victim, but Expedia refunded me."
