We recently stayed for 2 nights with family (4 adults in total) on a short trip to Ipoh from KL and can honestly say that the Bedrock exceeded all expectations. EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

We stayed at Chateu for one night. We were welcomed like royalty. Kindest staff I have ever seen. Great room size and amenities. Everything from towels to toiletries and even the pool was organic. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. I would visit Malaysia again just to stay at this resort.

We tried the signature picnic experience the hotel offered and so glad we did! It included a VIP tour of the local tea plantation and factory including a tasting session and then a private picnic with a personal butler amongst the tea overlooking the plantation. We can not recommend this enough and it is worth the money!!

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Kuantan. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help and accommodate the guests needs. The location is amazing! Right on the beech. We really enjoyed our family holiday and we would come here again for sure!! Thank you all the staff.

Vistana is a good quality hotel with comfortable modern rooms that have been recently refurbished. I stayed 11 nights on business and was particularly impressed with the overall quality of accommodation and most importantly for be the reliable internet facilities which will easily support Skype. The hotel has a pleasant pool area and coffee bar and a large restaurant with a good range of meals available to suit all tastes. The hotel is situated in an amazing location with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It's clean and well maintained. The decor feels slightly dated but that doesn't distract from it's beauty. The breakfast had plenty of different options and the gym although basic was a nice feature.

Room was a 2 room junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was king size and we slept well. The t.v. was poor. Most channels were affected by interference. Only 1 channel had english language. The local Mosque was picturesque, but the regular calls to prayer were noisy. Some of the public areas including the pool were rather scruffy and tired.

Basic hotel but clean and well run and good price. Arrived late and could not get a taxi from the railway station in this small town, called the hotel and the staff sent a friend to collect us as no taxis were available at that time. Apparently only one Grab (like Uber) in town ! But there are other taxi firms but they don't work late ! Anyhow didn't get to breakfast as so late getting up so can't review . Overall would recommend the hotel.
