The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. "For the money we spent. IMHO it was just ok. We've been on much nicer resorts for way cheaper. The front desk people were very nice. There were a few bartenders that were great and a couple that wouldn't get hired by McDonald's. Overall a average rating for the amount of money we spent for 7 days and 6 nights. Do better"
