"My recent stay at Eau was a major disappointment. The first room we checked into had soaking wet carpets. We had to checkout immediately. The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed a massive cockroach on my pillow. "For the money we spent. IMHO it was just ok. We've been on much nicer resorts for way cheaper. The front desk people were very nice. There were a few bartenders that were great and a couple that wouldn't get hired by McDonald's. Overall a average rating for the amount of money we spent for 7 days and 6 nights. Do better"
