"First time staying here and it’s nicer than the other casinos I’ve stayed at in Lake Charles. Ventilation in the casino was also good, we are non smokers so some places are terrible in comparison. Food available even for being limited due to construction was good. The water park looks like it would be fun for the kids during the summer."

"stay was good, staff courteous. Chose this hotel over a couple of others, because they had a breakfast. The breakfast choices were very lacking... A couple of banana, waffles, juice and coffee and kid cereal. But overall the service was good"

"This location is a typical Best Western but a little classier than I expected it to be given its small town location. Second floor rooms via elevator which I much preferred than having to use stairs to a second floor (and I've stayed in motels without elevators. Room, bed, furnishings very comfortable, cozy, private. 50" flat panel TV with DirecTV and all my favorite channels. This was a surprise to find DirecTV instead of just free streaming apps. "Great stay. Kids loved the pool area. Hotel accommodated us with the rooms neighboring each other. The casino has slot machines where drinks can be ordered now which is awesome. "
