"We travelled with our pet and we’ve had experiences in other hotels where the floor was dirty or other elements of the room neglected despite paying a high Pet Fee. Walking into our room I exclaimed how clean it felt and smelled! The staff were all so wonderful and clearly feel pride in their work. Thank you for the great stay. My husband mentioned several times how comfortable the beds were."

"very convenient, downtown, great options for dining out. This hotel is a bit on the pricy side and then we had to pay for parking. walkable to trails and all restaurants and shopping downtown. loved the market there on Saturday. if you do stay try to get the view of the river, east side is the best."

"Checked in with ease, room very clean and well appointed, restaurant food & service excellent, only issue is the elevator access using a swipe card is only on one side with NO SIGNAGE on either side. System has to be learned from those already versed!!"
