"Great Historic Hotel in Downtown Port Richey. Next to a canal and beautiful city park. Downtown is walkable with lots of neat shops and good restaurants. The hotel bar and breakfast were on point. Clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. There is Spanish Moss hanging off the Souther Oaks and the pink stucco building stands out amongst the lush surroundings. Tiny Anole lizards dot the pathways. Truly a slice of the Old Florida Gulf Coast. Just 30min from Weeki Wachi Springs and 30 min from Tarpon...

"The rooms are kept super clean and the front desk staff are amazing. I have dinner at the taco bar and everything was well prepared, fresh and delicious. I will go back next year when on vacations again. Congrats is the best hotel that I have visited in a long time."

"Overall my stay with my family was good, good location for shops, restaurants and about 20mins from Busch Gardens. The staff was nice, especially Miss Octavia. The room was spacious, clean with a few minor areas that need approvements and some issues with the room plumbing & the back door downstairs that should’ve be locked and only accessed with room key, was not locked, as a matter of fact the door couldn’t lock because the door’s lock was broken, which posed a security risk and housekeeping...
