Driving from the south side, Google Maps navigation wants to lead you thought a closed entry road, so navigate to the main UPSI Kampus entrance by the Proton City Highway. Quiet area. Outside at another building in front of the hotel windows there are bright lights all night. "There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen...

"The place is perfect to stay at the price but only for the water pressure that is way too low as the water heater isn't equipped with a pump even we stayed at the ground floor it doesn't serve any purpose whereas also no security guards at any point to guard the entrance where they just adept with the magnetic door access if anyone were to break in its so easy that you just give it a hard push and it will open or even break the glass where this is no safety at all."
