"La renta del departamento es una estafa, se trata de publicidad engañosa destinada a llevar huéspedes al Hostal Apu Huascarán, que es la misma dueña del apto. y lo tiene rentado por meses. De no ser porque lo denuncié en la app, me hubiese aplicado el mismo proceso que a otros huéspedes, finalmente me ubicaron en otro alojamiento más céntrico que valió la pena. "

" A localização é boa, cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas, um pouco na subida, com ruas tranquilas próximas e fácil de parar o carro (caso alugue um). No geral o hotel é bem arrumado. Há algumas lojinhas ao lado onde se pode comprar um pouco de tudo. A cama é confortável, o espaço do quarto e banheiro são razoáveis, o atendimento é bom e os funcionários bem solícitos, o café da manhã também é bom (iogurte, frutas, pães, café, sucos, frios). "Experiência ruim, infelizmente. No quarto que fiquei, embora no alto e amplo, o banheiro estava inacabado (sem saboneteiras, porta papel, prateleira), com o piso molhado, chuveiro fraco e sem água quente no lavatório. O café da manhã impraticável (apenas café, chá, pão tradicional e manteiga). Por outro lado, a proprietária foi bem atenciosa e gentil. NÃO ACEITA PAGAMENTO EM CARTÃO!!! "

"Arrived there after a 20 min. Taxi drive from the airport and were told that no room is available. Owner/Manager told us we should have to confirm his email request after booking at hotels.com. Never got an email and otherwise the booking was completed via hotels.com. Were very lucky with our Taxi driver who brought us to a nice hostel in miraflores after that but of course that was another hour drive which cost us a lot of money, time and nerves after having travelled all day."

"This historic property is in fact a museum and a 5-star luxury hotel located across the street from the must see Qorikancha. Our experience was outstanding. Hot tea in the lobby. A baby lima in the plaza by the restaurant. Outstanding service with people waiting to assist you everywhere you go. The restaurant provides excellent food, with lovely, soothing live music. The buffet breakfasts had all the high quality offerings one could hope for. The room was plush and luxurious (even if a bit small), with beds one sinks into, plush first rate robes, towels, bedding and pillows, hot showers. Don't miss the free tour of the hotel at 5p, done by a very accomplished young man who provided a lot of information one would not have gotten otherwise. It ended with a moving Inka ceremony of music and dance. After 10 days in a series of nice but simple hotels in Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, it was nice to enjoy the comforts of the Palacio for 3 nights, while seeing the sights in Cusco."
