The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. "Very nice room with excellent a/c and decor, fridge, safe etc.. Very helpful staff with taxis, reservations etc. Shower needed care not to turn bathroom into wet room and sink drained poorly but everything else fine. Excellent central location convenient for all major attractions. Breakfast was good. Room service prompt and helpful."

"The location of the hotel is fantastic with beautiful views of the hills and mountains from the restaurant. Slightly disappointed that the courtyard/garden section pictured on the advertising photo was dug up. Good breakfast included in the stay, and the staff at the reception were helpful - we managed to check in early. We had a problem with the shower in the room, it was dated and would leak water all over the floor. The air conditioning would sometimes stop working in the morning. We...

"This was a perfect in between if you’re traveling in Umbria..we were in Orvieto on route to Perugia so we stopped here. Great to have parking! The hotel and all in it was great. Also walking was easy for shopping and great meals and gelato!"
