"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. Assisi is wonderful! The streets are beautiful; shops and restaurants are amazing. We enjoyed Sunday Mass at Santa Maria Maggiore and had the privilege of praying before Blessed Carlo Acutis, which is an experience I will never forget!

A little bit too crowded for my liking, and I felt like the Restaurant and shop owners Were ready for the tourists to go home. But the town is lovely, so many spiritual hideaways to get some quiet and do some contemplation
