"Vakkert hotell i nærheten av alt. Fint bassengområde og fine rom. Måtte bytte rom siden airconditionen ikke fungerte, og de var veldig hjelpsomme med alt. Det nye rommet var noe slitt, men det var likevel pent og med en fin balkong. Svært koselig frokostsal. Alt i alt er kjempefint hotell med 10/10 personale."

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"Hôtel très bien situé, au centre de Turin. Lit très confortable, chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Suggestion : Comme nous sommes en Italie, l’hôtel pourrait proposer à la place du chou fleur-carottes- haricots verts au petit déjeuner, des courgettes ou des poivrons grillés. Nous aurions apprécié. "We enjoyed our stay at the Royal however we do have to unfortunately mention the male bar staff that was very unhelpful when we asked for a drinks around 5.30 we were asked to wait as he was preparing bar snacks for 7 o’clock, while he then asked what we wanted he was unwilling to give us the 2 glasses of wine, and said we could buy the bottle which we declined. The reception, cleaning, breakfast staff were all very helpful."
