"We have stayed at this hotel 14 times over the past 30 years of visiting Lago Maggiore. It is old Italian design which I love , convient to great restaurants, has a beautiful outdoor garden on the lake with fabulous views & has a portion of the street cordoned off for walks along this beautiful lake. The staff has always been gracious & helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Finally they have adequate air conditioning in the rooms. I love this hôtel."

"Dès l'arrivée, dans notre suite, j'ai été été époustouflé par la vue magnifique sur le lac Majeur. Cet endroit est paradisiaque et calme. Je n'ai pas relevé de fautes de goût. La literie est magique. Le couple Alberto et Simona qui gère cet établissement est tout simplement fantastique. Simona parle parfaitement le français et donne de très bons conseils sur la région et les sites touristiques à visiter. J'ai adoré profiter du balcon privatif avec vue à 180° sur le lac."
