Cari Hotel di Pima County

"We loved the rooms, staff, comfortable and large bed, breakfast, scenery, and trail. Pools are hot tub were a bonus but we ran out of time."

"The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 50 years. New furniture and decor did not come close to masking it. I had to leave and find another place to stay."

"Great place and extended our stay. Location. Vibe. Staff. Rooms. All great"

"This is an extremely nice hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing with the linens super soft and fresh. The towels are extra large and fluffier than traditional hotel towels. Robes were available. We ordered room service twice and everything was delicious, arrived right on time, and was perfectly arranged. The pool is heated. My only complaint is that the resort is a bit noisy. "Convenient place to stay for Family weekend but a few things did not meet our expectations.. there was a loud refrigerator buzzing sound that could not be solved and the toilet had a dripping/flushing sound that did not stop and unfortunately housekeeping came to clean our room at 8am each morning before we were out for the day..:a little too early."

"Staff is very helpful and attentive. Lorenzo at checkin referred me to a good real estate agent. Very professional."

"The front desk rep was wonderful and this review is not a reflection of him. The first room they put us in smelled terribly of dog pee, which they knew about but were hoping we wouldn't notice. The rep quickly switched us to another room which smelled heavily of bleach instead. Shortly after we switched rooms they had put someone else in the pee smelling room and I have no doubt their experience was terrible as well. The room itself was ok, nothing to get excited about and the AC does not get...

"This is a hidden gem!"

"We stayed in a Hacienda, which was very nice. Large roomie. Needs TLC. Kitchen sink faucet leaked really badly. There was water in the bottom of the fridge when we left, which wasn’t from us. There were damaged tiles in the bathroom, which really should be addressed and the shower floor could look better. In general, we had a good rest and enjoyed our brief one night stay."

"The room was large and would be good for a family."
