"ヨーロッパのカプセルということもあり、日本人にとっては十分なスペースがありインテリアもさすが北欧の素敵な場所でした。スマホの充電器を忘れて、スタッフの方に聞いたところ快く貸し出していただきました。シャワーブースもとてもキレイにされていて気持ちよく利用できました。ただ・・・シーツなのか枕そのものなのか、とても汗臭くて、とてもじゃないけど快眠はできませんでした。また、これは仕方ないかもしれませんが、空調音がかなり大きく耳栓はしていましたが、かなり気になってしまいました。匂いが改善されたら、間違いなく星５の施設だと思います。"

"The location was great, but my room wasn’t the cleanest. I kept finding long hairs on the floor and in the bed. I don’t have long hair. It had a general clean to it I guess but I didn’t really want to touch too much of anything. They did allow me to check in a couple hours earlier for a 10€ fee which wasn’t bad at all. "The WORST check-in I’ve experienced in my 25+ years of business travel! Booking through hotels.com I had NOT expected to have to pick up my keys in a backstreet empty pizza place TWO kilometres from the flat. Evening, snow and cold. No taxis (did I say back street?) but the nice restaurant owner were persuaded to drive me … for a fee. Flat it self lovely and as described but do clear up how to get the keys. "
