Suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Asiasta ei tiedotettu asiakkaita. Wc istuin oli rikki ja samoin suihkun kahva oli irti. Henkilökunta valitteli voimattomuutta. Pysäköinti opastus oli vailinaista ja vaikeaksi tehty.

Hotellin piha-alueella rakennustöitä ja muutenkin piha-alue epäsiisti mukaanlukien parin laitapuolen kulkijaa tonkimassa roskiksia. Huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen,aamiainen hyvä. 6 min.kananmunat aiheuttivat pienelle matkaajalle oksennusrefleksin. Joten myös 15 minuutin kanamunia tarjolle.

Huone ihan siisti, ei mitään ihmeellistä. Hieman viemäri haisi kylpyhuoneessa ja huoneen ovi ei meinannut mennä kunnolla kiinni. Näkymä oli aika karu, talon seinään/välikatolle. Pysäköinti oli unohdettu laittaa järjestelmään ja tuulilasissa odotti sakkolappu, tämä kuitenkin luvattiin hoitaa kuntoon.
