"We only slept one night. When we checked in we could see someone was in the room and they did not clean the room. We had takeaway bags around trash can with trash and bed not made"

"Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading."
