"We love staying in this hotel. From the minute you arrive the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor is very modern. The rooms are slightly quirky in an ultra modern, good way. The breakfast is superb. Huge range of good of excellent quality. If you get time to use the spa it is lovely and relaxing. "Location of the hotel is very good, close walking distance (about 15-20 min) to the Old Town, and about 10 minutes to the Palace of Culture and Science. Breakfasts are excellent, especially the a la carte orders. Unfortunately there was only one coffee machine in the breakfast area, and it was broken 2 out of 5 days I stayed there. Staff was unhelpful when we (several guests) reported that the coffee machine is broken and on other days there was no black coffee available (no black coffee...

"The hotel and room are very modern and beautiful. Great location and very quiet. The cleaning staff left a bit to be desired...forgot to give clean towels, forgot to refill hand soap and shower gel. The sheets were not shaken, and had our hairs left on them.
Other staff were great though."
