"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would...

"Scrivo questa recensione mentre aspettiamo l'ultimo pranzo. Struttura e personale stupendo. Abbiamo scoperto che è una dell più vecchie dell'isola: 50 anni portati benissimo. Siamo stati quasi 2 settimane, tra sole, cibo e mare. Tutti gli operatori super gentili, struttura consigliata per coppie e famiglie, per una vacanza veloce o per una luna di miele. "Notre séjour au Sugar Beach a été exceptionnel : cadre idyllique, équipe au top, très attentionnée. Un grand merci à Wasim qui a veillé à ce que tout soit parfait, mais également à Stephan, Joy et Françoise. Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner très varié et restaurants très agréables sur le resort (petit cœur pour le Mare Mare). Nous reviendrons et je recommande les yeux fermés"

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Ravenala Attitude ! Le personnel est au petit soin, un grand merci à l'ensemble des équipes, et spécialement à Matthieu pour l'accueil, Sheeba et Roxy pour les massages au spa, Avinum qui nous a chouchouté au restaurant O, Kishan "le monsieur à Moustache" qui devancait nos envies de cocktails à la plage, les goûters au Taba-J, les supers repas à la Tavola, Madame Ming et au bistrot, ou encore l'équipe du Kot Nu qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse...

"Everything was fine except the mold in our room which was noticed on the 3rd day and our room was changed (upgraded). Overall a very positive experience spend with our family."

"There is only 1 resturant and a buffet not 2 as advertised. We were there for 2 nights to end our honeymoon from a cruise. We were unable to get in either nights to the restaurant despite there only being 4 people dinning a one point. We raised that it was our honeymoon and we hadn’t been able to experience the resturant were told well there is a cruise in. Some staff were very lovely others rude when serving drinks. We were also promised a honeymoon gift package which we never received. Buffet...
