"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests. "

Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another room rather than keep us waiting.The room cleaning was inconsistent sometimes good, sometimes not so good. "Wir wollten am Ende unseres Urlaubs das Leben in vollen Zügen genießen. Gereist sind wir mit unserem 5 Monate altem Sohn. Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur schön. Das Hotel ist suoer schln gestaltet. Die Wege sind trotzdem relativ kurz. Der Hauptpool ist super schön. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Restaurants die es neben dem Buffetrestaurant gab waren auch super.
