"I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!!

"I never ever take the time to leave reviews but I stayed here for four nights with my mom for a mother-daughter trip and it was perfectly lovely! It was absolutely beautiful and charming and the staff were excellent. The decor was so unique that we kept taking pictures of the beautiful touches. Plus the location was perfect in that it was walkable to so much. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what I would expect from a 4-star hotel in Paris.
The biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not work during our stay, despite the outside temperature being around 35°C. "I stayed with my parents for 6 nights, and we enjoyed each day and night there. The staff was pleasant and helpful enough to allow us to store our bags while we waited for our rooms to be prepared. The interior of the reception and hallways was also surprisingly beautiful compared to the outside.
