"Breakfast was terrible quality and of poor value. Generally the room was clean and well designed however the bathrooms require a refurbishment. Overall I would say that this hotel is not worthy of the four star it claims, it perhaps was once a four star hotel but the gimmick of the video installation starts and ends on the ground floor. A better breakfast in a premier inn!"

"Hotel is modern, comfy beds, spacious room, breakfast had lots of options, pool and rooftop area very nice. Watched the sunrise from there one morning. The road is noisy but you can’t notice if the patio doors are closed. At first I thought the location was going to be an issue as it’s a couple of miles from the main tourist spots in Nice but realised quickly the transport options. "This is a very well located and well maintained apartment hotel. A public park and a large shopping center are within a few minutes walk. Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Vallee train station are around a 15-20 minute walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was great and compensated us with a free breakfast as our requested balcony room was not available. "

"Cons: The rooms are outdated, with peeling walls and flaking paint in many areas. The plumbing is old, and the shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. The air conditioning can provide heating, but its cooling performance is weak. The bedding has a slight smell of smoke. "It’s a small hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was a great amenity after a long day out in Paris. Breakfast was nice, small dining room but had everything we needed. "
