L’état de la chambre et de certains équipements ne correspondait pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. De plus, la chambre n’a pas été refaite après la première nuit, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. "Our room was small but the shower room was a good size. The room was well presented and quiet. The common areas in the maim building are comfortable, well decorated and interesting. This is an Edwardian building which has kept it's charm. The hotel is well placed for the promenade of La Baule and the lovely market with its beautifully presented, fresh produce. It is delightful to walk the nearby streets and see the villas and large houses of the art nouveau period."
