Airport Suites Hotel

"I spent one night at Airport Suite Hotel. Overall, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and nicely updated. The air conditioning was also working very well. In fact, the room became quite cold at night, which made the stay very comfortable in terms of the AC. That said, I did find the room itself to feel somewhat tight and congested. There are a few areas where I believe the hotel could make some improvements: * Adding clear acrylic hooks in the bathroom would provide a convenient place to hang hand towels and bath towels. * A shower rack or additional storage area in the shower would be helpful for keeping personal toiletries organized. * There were no hangers in the cabinet for hanging delicate clothing. Providing a few hangers would be a nice addition. * Because the AC can make the room quite cold at night, a thicker blanket would provide additional warmth and comfort. * The shower head could also use an update. The water pressure was quite slow while showering. Overall, the room was clean and the bathroom was a highlight of my stay. With a few small upgrades and added amenities, I think the hotel could make the experience even more comfortable and convenient for guests."

"The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful the menu was international with a touch of local flavor. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had the privilege to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and totally enjoyed my stay"

"I stayed there with my son while we was visiting Trinidad. The owner was very welcoming and réactive. The room we had was a high quality with everything we needed (and Even more) . There is an outside Space on the first floor and we could Park our car . We Even were able to use a washing machine which really helped us out. This is a high Value place for the price we paid. I recommend it and would definitely come back next time i am on the island."

"The property was beautiful and quiet. Sitting by the pool and looking at the ocean and vehicles passing by was very peaceful. My suite was recently renovated even made it more beautiful, it was as a beautiful place and I will gladly be going there again"

"I don't usually write reviews, but Luxeley Hotel truly deserves one. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was in place which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell that pride is taken in maintaining both the property and the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a great variety of options and quality food that exceeded expectations. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Luxeley is the kind of place for people who appreciate quality, value a quiet environment and respect the property and those around them. Our stay was everything I hoped it would be and more. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Luxeley Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience.
