"We have previously stayed at the property and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large clean and tidy, although some areas of the hotel could do with refreshing.
The out side of the property has been cleaned and looks better. However when walking just of the property to the rear there is a strong smell of sewage,and what appears to be sewage waste!!
I did mention this on a previous visit but it looks like it's a ongoing issue?
Also a note could perhaps be put on the...

"This property is perfect for a stay in Burgos. You can walk to every point of interest. It has on site parking. The hotel is beautifully maintained as part of a former cloister. It is in an extremely quiet setting as well.
The staff are all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding.
I would highly recommend staying here while in Burgos."

"The rooms were clean. Lo ee the large soft bath towels. When we checked in we were not told breakfast would be late on Friday due.to a holiday. The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. He also brought our bag out to our car"
