"The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....

The bathroom were very nice and practical, the beds really confortables and we had enough blankets to keep us warm during the night, but when you look at the ceiling, it’s plywood and that breaks the charm. The outside is beautiful and the pool is pretty. The men who were working there, where nice and attentive to our needs, and help us."
