"Fabulous hotel! Well placed for exploring Milaflores, this hotel was an excellent first stop on our tour of Peru. Lovely fresh and bright common parts, wonderful breakfast (don’t miss the French toast!) and amazing staff who could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ate at the Kimo restaurant on 17th floor and had an excellent meal, with food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Good location, however the information on the booking site is incorrect, there is no shuttle bus available. Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"

"We booked the studio suite, which was quite spacious. The room we were initially given had some noise coming from the air conditioning as well as a bit of a musty smell. They gladly changed us to another room the next day (we were booked for 5 nights). The noise issue was gone, but we still found the room had a bit of a musty smell. We managed with it, but something to consider if you are very sensitive to this kind of thing. They left a nice letter for us in our room apologizing for the...

"Room was rather small but Very clean and a nice large shower. Would’ve been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room, not a plastic one. Breakfast was great! The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. We left a pair of sunglasses in our morning cab and they arranged through Uber with our driver to have them returned to the hotel that evening! "
