"サマルカンドを家族旅行で訪れた際に2泊利用しました。 内装もとてもおしゃれで非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。 スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な対応です。 朝食もも個々で作ってくれました。 ドル支払いを希望したところ、お釣りにドルがないとなり、急いで近隣のホテルで両替をしてきてくれました。 また、初日シャワーのお湯が出にくかったので、オーナーに伝えたところ、翌日には熱湯が出るほど改善されていました。 部屋が広すぎて暖房が効くまで寒かったのと、部屋の鍵が掛けづらかったので、修理されるともっと良いと思います。 また家族で訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。 "

"The hotel is located in quiet street not far from main attractions of Samarkand. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant where breakfast is served is authentic and beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel restaurant is very popular with live music. It is recommended to book it in advance if you are going to have dinner there. Finally the staff especially Mr. Murod and Mr. Bexruz are super friendly, professional and helpful. "

"Excellent hotel, newly opened. The staff is very helpful and extremely generous. We (four of us) went there for my birthday and the staff bought a cake for me, one staff person walked with me to the ATM machine. The hotel is conveniently located, only five/seven minutes’ walk to the Registan and in a very safe area of the city (Samarkan is in general very safe). The rooms are clean and comfortable. "ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで英語でコミュニケーションができます。 シングルで予約していたが、ツインにアップグレードしてくれました。 部屋は少し狭めですがきれいに清掃されており、宿泊には必要十分です。 主要な観光地にも徒歩圏内で好きな時間に観光することができます。 レストランは朝食のみのため昼・夜は外食になります。 ホテル内でゆったり過ごしたい人には物足りないかもしれませんが、自由に行動したい私にはすごく良いホテルでした。"
