"Poor front desk management and ridiculous extra fees. Really disappointing stay here, mostly because of how poorly managed the front desk is. Right when we checked in, they tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. "Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach."

"The shower need more cleaning."

The food, wow the food was just exceptional. we ate every meal there and it was all so lovely. We hung out on in the beach chairs and swam by the pool each day. We would definitely come back for another visit."

And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a...
