"When I arrived, they assigned me a smoking room but when I requested the change the room they asked me to pay more in order to changed. Plus the elevator was out for the entire first day, and the bathroom is smelled not a good odors. Thank you."

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien organisé, propre et dispose d’un ascenseur, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Notre chambre était superbe, impeccable et avec une très belle vue. 😍 Mention spéciale à Saïd, le réceptionniste, qui a été absolument adorable, très aimable, gentil et aux petits soins avec nous. Un accueil comme on les aime ! Il nous a même conseillé...

"We stayed in the Grand Suite and it was wonderful, felt like a royal chamber. The pictures don’t do the size or plushness justice. We had breakfast and were a little disappointed that the yoghurt was packaged, no fresh fruit or eggs included (which has been the norm breakfast for our Morocco stays). We tried a lemonade on the terrace and that was more rind than juice. Because of this we did not dine here. That being said, we loved the riad, it has been well maintained and preserved....

"Very helpful and friendly man at reception. Fast check in and check out. Hotel is very convenient for small airport nearby. Relaxed place, breakfast ok if very repetitive. Wifi good, shower good, nice balcony area, comfortable bed. Swimming pool seems to be more decorative than useable, i might not be correct here. Room a bit jaded and tired, light switches and furniture needs some attention. "
