"A little noisy at night "

"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."

"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We had a river view room which was spectacular. The rooms were great and I particularly loved the bathroom! We loved opening the windowing and hearing the roar of the river. "We stayed at this hotel twice. We had 2 different rooms. The experience was completely different depending on the room. Our first room was an older room facing the train tracks. It was fun to see the train coming in and hear the music. Unfortunately we were there during the demonstrations so we never actually got to get on the train. "The location was close to the train station. The staff was ridiculously nice. The breakfast was extremely tasty and was available quite early. The best part was the view and sounds from the river nearby."

"The Property is secluded but in the mountains and makes it feel like you are away from the city. The property is well maintained. The Staff is super friendly specially their Manager Suzan. She went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. She helped us with the area attractions, restaurants and shopping. She was very sweet. The restaurants at the hotel has great food also. It was a pleasant surprise that they had little ice parlour too. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. "
