The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.
My wife and I had an amazing time in this property. This was another booking that we have made because the previous booking did not work out for us however this property and hotel staff, food, rooms or marvelous. Everything was super clean and overall safe.
Spacious room. Great location. Staff is helpful.
There are kids playing on the street till midnight make it hard to sleep. But we might still be unlucky.
5-star room and service! The bed was literally a dream to sleep on, wide also! Big bathroom with plenty of hot water and great shower pressure. Everything was extremely clean.
Buffet breakfast included fresh tropical fruit, abundant scrambled eggs and freshly sliced avocado. Don't think it over: just book here!
Great breakfast with Variety to start the day. Closed to Main Street and next to train station. Very locally convenient. Clean, friendly staff. Will storage your luggage if necessary either before or after check in or out.
We lived our stay here. A short distance from the main restaurant, amenity area, it completed an excellent stay while in Aguas Calientes.

The staff are so lovely. Their breakfast is simple but made with love. They are helpful and kind. Room is clean but quite small, which is totally ok. I reduced the stars to let someone who wants to stay here know that the windows face the street below and it is super bright lights through the windows and people are loud all night long. You likely won’t sleep well so Bring eye mask and ear plugs.
Excellent place, squeaky clean, super kind staff, great breakfast, hot water. Maritza was the best. I would return to this place without second thought.

The lady checking us in was efficient but slightly rude and patronising. The room was excellent the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was good however the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom flooded when the shower was on. The hotel was in an excellent location but the town is tiny so all the hotels are in good locations. A fan in the room would have been nice. The breakfast was a catastrophe it was inedible there was hardly anything left and it was nasty cheap food that no one was eating.
We stayed here for 1 night. We were heading to Machu Picchu the following morning. Since we had to head out early for breakfast, hotel offered breakfast to go. It was unexpected but such a nice gesture.
Rooms are nicely decorated. No A/C in the room but we were still comfortable. Recommend taking shower at night while there is still hot water. Morning shower did not have hot water.
I was very surprised as a lot of hotels here in Machu Picchu Pueblo can be dirty and not have hot water. This was a very clean hotel in a part of town that is more local than touristy and they had hot water! Clean rooms and comfortable beds!
