"The check-in process was abominable. The host (a real estate agent) was supposed to leave a list of our family's names at security, along with the unit number and security code to access the keys. Check-in was at 3. We arrived around 5, and no one at the security desk knew anything. "Ese lugar está cerrado , por que lo vendieron y está en remodelación, y lo que están ofreciendo es un lugar al lado que no son las mismas villas, llamé para cancelar y expedía no quiso cancelar la reservación y perdí mi dinero $385.00 , no vuelvo ni aconsejo a nadie que reserve por expedia no sirven ."

"It was the very best vacation and property experience we have ever enjoyed-bar none. Staff were gracious & friendly. No request was any trouble, and they went above and beyond on everything. Created a memory of a lifetime. Immaculate well appointed room with small heated pool on patio - only yards from a pristine beach. It also came with impressive spa facilities. LOVED IT!"
