"We stayed in room 206 on the lowest floor and had the best time! The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Coffee tasted great! The service at Shana was impeccable!
We saw monkeys, iguanas, lizards, sloths, crabs, macaws, ant eater! We ventured off at night to the beach with headlamps and saw so many critters! We ate at EL ANGEL sodas (10 min drive from SHANA) AMAZING PRICE N FOOD"

"Loved the spectacular view, the delicious breakfast and pleasant staff! Loved the morning swim, and beautiful sunsets. Loved the restaurant, just felt it was too expensive. Also wish the balcony had more comfortable chairs for enjoying the view."

"The resort offers beautiful ocean views, several pool options, and great trails for exploring nature, where you may see monkeys and other beautiful sights. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. The only downside was a strange musty or mold-like smell in my room, which was a bit off-putting despite the room being very clean. A friend of mine had a similar issue in his room, and the hotel promptly moved him to another room, which he appreciated. While it did not ruin my stay, it may be...

"Pros: We arrived early because we weren’t sure how long it would take us to get there from the airport and they were able to let us check in early. Very clean room, great little pool (water was really cold which would be fantastic on a really hot day), lots of wildlife (lizards/iguanas, squirrels, birds and butterflies), and very kind, patient and accommodating staff.
